To reply to my own message:  Looking at the latest bind-announce
traffic, it seems unlikely that anyone at ISC is going to have
time to deal with new 9.3.0 snapshots before Thursday.  Could
someone please give authorization to make the 2002-10-04 code
public for the workshop attendees?
