Re: libnet_build_tcp_options() help needed

These is a TCP options string.  
"03030a0102040109080a3f3f3f3f000000000000" is a binary string that  
equates to:
<wscale 10,nop,mss 265,timestamp 1061109567 0,eol>. See  
http://www.iana.org/assignments/tcp-parameters for more information.
