Ste Jones had a set of (trivial) patches to 1.1.2rc6 to ease Cygwin
compilation woes, which worked fine for me. Frankly, I fail to understand
why these measures or similar weren't integrated to 1.1.2 proper. Perhaps
nobody cares about libnet not compiling under Cygwin.
