yer not too sure why mike didn;t add the cygwin patch to 1.1.2.... maybe 
not enough time to fully test before 1.1.2's release.

the patch for 1.1.2rc6 can be found at 
http://www.networkpenetration.com/libnet-1.1.2rc6-cygwin-diffs.tar.gz.... 
you may need to mod the patches slightly to work with 1.1.2
