Pack for libnet-1.1.2.1 under cygwin

Hello,

Because a lot of people (including me) seem to have some issues 
compiling or using libnet under cygwin, i made a little pack to simplify 
all the stuff.

(My laptop crashed so i wasn't able to send it last week)

The pack contains :

-> two folders of patches :

One to pacth some .h, .c, .in files to be able to build libnet under 
cygwin. I added 3 patches to the ones already posted here.

the other contains patches to modifiy configuartion script to build 
libnet, for those who are too lazy with autoconf, automake and cie.

-> 3 scripts : to automate diff making between 2 folders, to apply all 
diffs in a folder and to simplify compilation process.

-> and a README to read of course.

If you have comment, suggestions, or if you have a patch to add, there's 
no problem with that :)
