The raw socket IPv6 is not implemented. I was told a while back that  
raw socket interfaces will not support IPv6. Maybe that's changed. In  
any event, you should be able to use the link-layer interface with the  
IPv6 builders. If you do write code on top of the IPv6 stuff, please  
keep me (us) posted on the libnet mailing list as to how well the  
builders work. I wrote them and have not yet fully tested them.
