This the result of the default case being tripped from a fall-through in the 'switch (ifr.ifr_hwaddr.sa_family)' on line 98 in libnet_link_linux.c. And this is weird. Is there something different about the driver or interface that would cause that odd value of 0x30f to be returned? This is the first I've seen it and I don't have a linux box anyone to dig into it... Domenico, any idea why this value is being returned?
