How can I add ieee 802.11b support to libnet?

Hello,

I found libnet doesn't support IEEE 802.11b. Do you know where I can find 
information to add wireless support to libnet?
I know there is project called libradiate which tried to support wireless, 
but this project stops developing for three years.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
