I'm fond of Analog ( http://www.analog.cx/ ) It'll produce exactly what you 
want it to without making bold (and unreliable) claims such as "You had x 
unique visitors in July" or "x people paused for an average of 6.3 seconds on 
this page". ( http://www.analog.cx/docs/webworks.html for why it doesn't )

Just give it a config file and a log directory and it'll produce a set of 
charts for you.
