for linux, "John The Ripper" should be all that you need.  the  
website is www.openwall.org
it is an extremely superb tool.  it should be quite easy to find some  
indian wordlists if you use google.
i know that there used to be some good sets of foreign (relative to  
english) wordlists that were hosted
on the defunct hackerzhideout website.  also, i remember there being  
a wordlist called the "argon" list
out there that was about 2.1 Gb a few years ago.  you might be able  
to google that.  good luck.
