NessusClient HEAD compiles within CygWin

Hi,

just FYI: after a couple of little changes, NessusClient HEAD now compiles directly
within cygwin :-)

Of course there remains some fiddling with Cygwin and GTK (devel) installation
before it can be compiled.
Once I setup a fresh compile box I will write down something about the this.
May take a while though.
