RFC to port mappings and greeting ports?

For some of the Nessus findservice work I am doing I am needing:

1)  A list or URL of standard port to current RFC mappings (Better
than digging through RFC's)
2)  A list or URL of all ports (or RFC's/services) that are required
to greet you upon initial connection to that port
