remove trailing spaces in code?

Hi,

I wonder, whether I should remove trailing spaces in
the source code systematically.

For example the size of nessus-core/include/includes.h
could be reduced from 6147 to 4635 bytes.

Should I do that in the BOSS branch where I observe massive
trailing spaces?
