Nessus 2.3.0 Installation packages, esp. Windows XP/W2000 and SLAD

Hi,

I've prepared some installation packages of the 2.3.0 development
snapshot as one of the final steps of the BOSS project.
Esp. the Windows Port of the client might be interesting
as well as SLAD (http://slad.dn-systems.de). Oh, and the
Users Manual (English and German) also.

Note that this is all a development(!) release and most changes
of 2.3.0 compared to 2.2-series are the GTK client.

Furthermore there are packages for Debian Woody, Fedora Core 3
and SUSE 9.2. The .deb and .rpm packages are really quick
and dirty solutions, their primary aim is to run Nessus Client,
Nessus Server and SLAD on the stock distributions quickly.
