Nessus 3.2.0 and Windows 2000 Professional

Has anyone been able to successfully install Nessus 3.2.0 on Windows
2000 Professional?  I am encountering the error "Error 1920. Service
Tenable Nessus (Tenable Nessus) failed to start. Verify that you have
sufficient privileges to start system services."
