not quite all the plugins... the SCADA stuff and compliance checks are not
there. Of course, these are not all that common in the non-profit arena ;)

My thought first was that someone (a company or three) was using nessus
registered feeds in their products or as their main line of defense.
Considering my own experiences with security products, I wouldn't be
surprised by the former, and I know the latter has happened a lot.
