update error

Hi,
   The NESSUS3.2.0 I downloaded can't update.When I update the software ,it said "...could't write,update failed".I checked the folder named SCRIPT and found that the folder is read-only.When I used the offline update ,I also could't decompress the plugin files to the folder.
   My OS version is WINDOWS XP SP2 and the NESSUS is legally registered and activated.
   Any help  will be appreciated.
