Nessus 3.0.6.1 to 3.2.1to Security Center import issue --

I'm attempting to get Nessus data from a 3.0.6.1 Windows Nessus client, 
into a .nessus format (done) that Security Center 3.4 will import (not 
done).

If anyone's attempted/succeeded in that, I would appreciate any tips. 

>From what I understand -- 3.2.1 imports it into a readable format to 
display/create reports, but not an importable .nessus format for SC3.4 -- 
I need to add/update the .nessus to bridge the gap.  I've modified a file 
to import with no errors, however, no results are apparent.  Any help 
appreciated.

I may be missing something.  I have a 3.0.6.1 install on Windows, that 
I've upgraded to 3.2.1.  On first launch, it asks to convert the old data. 
 I save it with the default.nessus extension.  It chugs for a minute, and 
thinks it's done.  I open the file, and see:

<NessusClientData>
<Targets/>
<Policies/>
</NessusClientData>

The scanner I'm imported from has a single scan of multiple machines I'm 
trying to import.  Any assistance appreciated.
