Take the term "vulnerabilities" in the report with a grain of salt - in some cases they're not actually vulnerabilities but rather just informational messages. In fact, in your case, all 4 of the items reported are only informational: traceroute from the Nessus server to the target, the Nessus server could ping a target, the IP protocols supported by the target, and general information about the scan.
