offline scanner, plugin updates, new license models and all

So, next week, I'm doing a couple of audits for a couple of
non-internet-connected networks. Is there anything I should be aware of on
getting this set up? I believe the answer before was to download the
plugins, burn to cd, and then move them to the new box. Do I need any
special licensing for the box that does the downloads?
