- how do I install the nessus Server in silent (with out a gui @ winXP &
win2k)?
- Should I use 3.2 or 3.0?

Before making recommendations, I would like to know the kind of
functionality you are looking for, which requires not having a GUI?

- Where is the difference on the server site?

Have you looked at the release notes for 3.2 and 3.2.1 yet? 3.2.1 is our
latest version.

- How do I change xml reports to nbe or html files?

You would hit export button on the report tab, to change the report to the
desired format.

- I use the 3.0 Client (winXP) to connect.

BTW, we have a new version of the client 3.2.1 which has some nice filtering
functionality.
We have blogged about it here.
