Nessus Software Checks

Hi,

I'm trying to scan our windows based network for running sophos and
symantec clients,

I'm doing a credentialed scan still, I'm unable to detect any machines
without sophos (I uninstalled it on one machine just for testing) or
outdated symantec (I removed the virus defs from another machine).

Any particular settings that I need to use in order to make this work?
