Hi Hendra,

Nessus with passwords is better because this is easier to configure
and set up.

If you use certificates, and you shouldn't unless your organization is
generating and using certificates to access other services like email,
web applications and so on, Nessus will support this.

If you are only running one Nessus scanner or only have a few people
that need to access it with their Nessus clients, you should use
passwords.
