I ran nessus from the command line with the following options

                Nessus âEUR"T nbe -x âEUR"dot-nessus scan.nessus âEUR"policy-name policy âEUR"q localhost 1241 user password nessus/results.nbe

After this ran for a few minutes, I realized I had made a mistake in the config and aborted the scan. I also changed directories into the âEURoenessusâEUR directory. Once the changes were made, I hit the up arrow and re-ran the scan (not realizing I was still in the nessus directory).

After 3 hours the scan finished, but I could find no results.nbe file. I can only conclude that since I changed into the âEURoenessusâEUR directory there was no subsequent "nessus" directory for nessus to place the results (although I received no warning or error message), and it appears that nessus chose not to create ANY results. I would like to think that this is not the case, but I can find no results.nbe on my filesytem.

Please tell me there is a way to recover my results.nbe file
