Nessus 3 win client

I have some problems scanning multiple hosts wit Nessus 3 Client on Windows. When I try to scan +650 hosts the connection to Nessusd stops abnormaly. In the server log I get an 'Invalid target' message, and the input files stops after readig approx 100 ip's.
