Python Script to convert NBE files into csv files

I've tried this guy's script and it seems to work well

"As discussed in another post, tissynbe.py is a script I developed in Python
that helped me analyze mountains of Nessus results quickly. The script
cleans up the data and can insert it into a database or output to a CSV
file. One other thing it does is split up the descriptions from the
solutions (as best as possible)."
