If the timeout value is greater than the maximum limit in Ncat, it displays
wrong error messages.

There is a PR on #791 <https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/791> regarding the
same.
This PR handles this overflow and closes the issue #741
<https://github.com/nmap/nmap/issues/741>.
