Thanks for your interest. For the Testing role, we are open to either unit
or regression testing. I feel that unit testing would be easier to
implement, since Nmap is so complex and network-dependent, but for that
reason much of the current code base is not suited to unit testing.
Regardless of which approach you choose, the goal would be to implement the
framework and some representative tests. Full test coverage would be a goal
for the project to pursue in the years following.
