Please add better demarcation between hosts in nmap output

When I run a scan against a range of hosts, it's hard to tell when one
hosts begins if I look in the middle of the list - do hosts begin with the
MAC address or with "Host is up" (which seems redundant - would nmap find
hosts that are down?)
