winpcap_mode cmdline param is not respected

I made this issue in Githib before I found this mailing list, apologies for
not asking here first:

From the ticket:

When I attempt a silent install of npcap like so:

npcap-0.86.exe /S /winpcap_mode=yes

the wincap_mode param is not respected.

Does anyone know of the top of their head if I'm using the wrong syntax,
etc?
