Adding TN3270E support to Nmap

Hi All, 

I’ve submitted pull request: https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/1318 <https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/1318> to add TN3270E support as well as adding support for reading/setting Logical Units in tn3270-screen. 

The support is very basic (it tells the server to do TN3270E basic) but it allows for a few more features and attacks (such as LU enumeration).
