http-enum does not honour some fingerprint values

Hello everyone.

While creating a script that I need to skip the 404 status check for non
200 HTTP responses, I noticed that http-enum does not honour some
fingerprint values:

- ignore_404
- severity

Instead, the values were set back to the default.
