Hi Haich.  Thanks for your efforts! The debug build for Npcap 0.9983 is
here: https://nmap.org/npcap/dist/npcap-0.9983-DebugSymbols.zip

In general, you can find the debug builds using the dist directory listing:
https://nmap.org/npcap/dist/?C=M;O=D

I'll try to get that documentation updated to point people there.  Please
let us know what you find about the REaltek 8812AU!
