fe3d v 0.8-2 "Released"

Nmaper's, 

A new version of fe3d, a multiplatform sdl/opengl based nmap log
visualizer is out.

Most changes are internal, so it looks almost the same as the old one.

Some notable changes since 0.7-44 are: GNU build system based,
configure, make, make install; per-scan nodes; lots of code cleanup;
small visual improvements; and a couple of bug fixes;

This version is definitely faster then 0.7, but its very
system-dependent, we have seen fps improvements from none to twice as
fast.  For anyone actually using the 0.7 builds, it is worth
upgrading.

It still hasn't been tested with anything other then -sS.
