Announcing MyPasswordSafe - a Linux PasswordSafe-compatible application

Nolan Eakins has written a Linux version of PasswordSafe!

This port, called MyPasswordSafe, is compatible with pre-2.0 database
files created by the Windows version. MyPasswordSafe is built upon Qt 3.

Note that I have not reviewed MyPasswordSafe's code in depth, nor have I
tried to run the program. Specifically, I've no idea if MyPasswordSafe
is as (in)secure as PasswordSafe is or not. Note also that this is a
first release, and that Nolan is actively developing the program. For
the time being, we have decided not to merge Nolan's code into the
PasswordSafe codebase on SourceForge. I'd like to thank Nolan for his
effort, and for making his work available in both source and binary
form. This is OpenSource development at its best!
