Java port 0.3 is ready to roll - with experimental XML!

Hey Guys,

Just updating people that I'm committing 0.3 to CVS as I type this. This 
version mainly overhauls the GUI in a big way (lots of layout fixes for 
Mac, funky new toolbar icons, most of the preferences actually working).

One new feature that might be of interest is XML import/export. I'm 
using the keepass format as recommended on this list a week or so ago. 
Turns out the trickiest bit (literally) was getting the UTF-8 encoding 
happening on the file header. Anyways the XML is not "pretty printed" 
yet, but it looks fine if you open it in a browser.
