Hello passwordsafe crew

Thanks a lot for the java swt port of passwordsafe. Great work!
I used to use the windows one on linux with wine. that worked more or
less, but had some strainge behaviour in pretty every passwordsafe
version. so i'm really happy about the crossplatform version.

unfortunately I had to checkout the cvs to have the correct titles in
the treeview and there are still some things I miss:
- the treeview doesn't support subfolders. /foo/bar/entry is /foo.bar/entry
- after closing passwordsafe in treeview, it opens the next time in list
mode
- pressing cancel or closing the database query popup when starting
passwordsafe crashes the whole program (with an exception)
- it seems passwordsafe tries to set an icon to the system-toolbar (to
the left of the system-clock), but there's no icon
- the announce list doesn't seem to be notified of java releases. will
this change?
