New setup program for password safe

I've made a setup program for Password Safe using InnoSetup [1]. This new setup offers the following additional features : - Easy silent/unattended setup using a previously made answer file. - Setup is done for all users and not only the current user - A file association is created for .psafe3 extension. If there is any interest in the community for this contribution I may spend some time making any requested modifications.
