I use it myself, but am writing to let you and everyone else
know just how wonderful this app is.  My father used it
pretty religiously, until he passed away unexpectedly a few
weeks ago.  Thank God he had had the forethought to teach my
mom the passkey.  It has made it so much easier for my mom
to take over managing all the financial accounts and other
things that require passwords from day-to-day that otherwise
we would have spend countless hours on the phone or email
trying to reset.

It gives me peace of mind that it's simple enough for her to
understand and use without me there all the time.
