Thanks.

I will try your settings with a modified Password Safe and see if it does
indeed solve the problem.

If it does, I will revert PWS to the old way and ask Rony to put something
in the Help file for the users.

Let's hope future versions of Firefox (2.0) and IE (7) keep doing it the
same way ;-)

AFAIK, this is not a system option, but a option of the browser.

Firefox 1.5 : Tools -> Options -> Tabs, open links from other application in
a new window, a new tab, etc MSIE 6 : Tools -> Advanced -> uncheck "Reuse
Windows to launch shortcuts" (loosely translated from my French version)

If your only concern is to open in a new window, then it is the user's
responsibility to set the option and probably you shouldn't be doing
anything special (unless I misunderstood the issue, in which case I
apologize :) )
