Topic 4: New Header Data Fields

Last but not least I'ld like to recommend additional header data fields 
to integrate into the PWS canon.

Field 07: (type "Text" maximum length 128) Database name. A logical name 
for a database which can be used by applications in place of the 
possibly lengthy filepath notion.

Field 08: (type "Text" maximum length 256) Database Description. A 
purely informative description concerning the purpose or other practical 
use of the database.


With the next release of JPWS I will make use of these fields. Currently 
an open question is which types I will assign to them. If you find them 
useful too, we could place them into the PWS canon, otherwise I would 
name them in the JPWS canon.

What do you think of it?

Some repair appears to be due on (factually implemented) format version 
3.01 anyway, so there is a chance to create the new version 3.02 which 
also reflects my suggestions.
