Upgrading PasswordSafe license to Artistic License 2.0

Hi,

I'm considering upgrading the license that Passwordsafe is distributed under, from the original Artisitc License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license.php) to the newer version 2.0 of same (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license-2.0.php).

The main difference, as far as I can tell, is a new provision aimed at deterring the use of the package in patent infringement litigation ("If you institute patent litigation (including a cross-claim or counterclaim) against any party alleging that the Package constitutes direct or contributory patent infringement, then this Artistic License to you shall terminate on the date that such litigation is filed.").

If anyone has any objections to this change, please let me know.
