Rename corelib to core change.

In order to bring some consistency to the project naming convention, I
intend to rename "corelib" to "core".  This will mean we will no longer have
"corelib.lib" (which has always seemed wrong to me) but instead have
"core.lib".  This is consistent with "os.lib".

I am ready to commit these changes and I have tested new builds with VS2005
and VS2010 - both MFC and wxWidgets builds on Windows.  The new Linux build
has also been verified.

However, just in case anyone has a major issue with this change, I am
delaying it by 48 hours so that they may get back to me [via this mailing
list] detailing the problem it will cause them.  If you do have issues,
please reply to this list by 20:00 GMT on 24 November 2010.
