PasswordSafe 3.26pre update #1

Hi,

The 3.26 pre prelease has been updated with translations in German, Polish,
Dutch and Spanish (Thanks to Karlo, mniklas, Bert and Jose, resp.).

Translators are invited to download the new binaries (including language
dlls) for testing from

Testers: You can download the same file for testing. A summary of the new
features follows. Note that we would like to release 3.26 by the end of the
month, in order to get this version on the giveaway DVD of a major PC
magazine, so any help you can provide in finding bugs by then would be
greatly appreciated!

I've uploaded a pre-release version of PasswordSafe 3.26, plus the .po files
with the new strings for translation.
 
Here are the main user-visible features:
[3288341] Autotype now added to the DragBar. Drag the image to an input area
on another Window (e.g. Browser) and PasswordSafe will begin Autotype from
there.
[3286721] User can now toggle the database between read-only and read-write
mode (and vice versa) via a menu item or by double-clicking on the current
R-O or R/W indicator in the StausBar.
[3203152] The language can changed 'on-the-fly'. 
[3065111] Add/Edit now displays both the Application's (PasswordSafe) and
the current database's default Autotype string (if set via Manage->Options).
[2964804] The user can specify the list of symbols valid for a database and
can override this for any particular entry. Note: the inbuilt special
symbols for EasyVision and Pronounceable passwords can not be overriden in
either case.
[] Allow user to control the copying password to clipboard when performing
"Browse to URL" via an option in Options->Security. This is a database
option, i.e. you can have different setting for different databases.
[] Support importing of CSV files exported from KeePass V1. Note that
KeePass V2's export in the V1 format is does not conform to their own format
as specified by their V1 product and can not be imported. Please review our
Help file for the settings in KeePass required during their export.
 
Note that the English help text has not been updated yet, we will update and
announce this separately.
 
Schedule: We've been selected for inclusion in a DVD giveaway by a major PC
magazine, so I'd really like to have 3.26 ready towards the end of June, to
provide them with the latest version.

includes tools and instructions for those intersted in making their own dlls
