PasswordSafe 3.28pre2 ready for testing

Hi,

I've uploaded a pre-release version of PasswordSafe 3.28 for final testing:

The main new feature of this release is the ability to define and name
multiple password policies: You can define a password policy to match all
your credit card websites, for example, and another for your bank, each
matching the requirements of the particular sites. The policies can be
managed via the new Manage->Password Policies... dialog box, and selected
per-entry by the new, simplified Edit Entry -> Password Policy tab.

Aside from that, this release has the usual set of tweaks and bugfixes -
please see the release notes for details.

Remember that this is a pre-release version: Please make copies of the
databases that you use to test this version.

If no surprises come up, I'd like to make a formal release in a few days.
