PasswordSafe 3.30pre (and Linux 0.9Beta) ready for translation update

Hi,

I've uploaded a pre-release version of PasswordSafe 3.30, plus the .po
files with the new strings for translation.

This is a stabilization/bugfix release, no new user-visible features have
been added, so that the changes to the translations should be minor.

Schedule: I'd like to release this version towards the end of December.

The files may be found in the directory that DK set up, which also includes
tools and instructions for those interested in making their own dlls for
testing:

The new files are under the 3.30pre folder in the above.

I'd also like to release the corresponding Linux version at the same time.
Please contact me if you'd like to work on the translation for this, and
don't know where to find the .po files.
