PasswordSafe 3.31 pre-release for testing and translation

Hi,

I've uploaded a pre-release version of PasswordSafe 3.31, plus the .po
files with the new strings for translation.

Schedule: I'd like to release this version around the middle of May.

*Testers: *Are welcome to download either the installer program or a zip
file with the binaries from

http://pwsafe.org/tmp/3.31pre/pwsafe-3.31pre.exe

or

http://pwsafe.org/tmp/3.31pre/pwsafe-3.31pre-bin.zip

respectively.

*Translators: *The files may be found in the directory that DK set up,
which also includes tools and instructions for those interested in making
their own dlls for testing:

The new files are under the 3.31pre folder in the above.

I'd also like to release the corresponding Linux version at the same time.

don't know where to find the .po files.
