Re: PasswordSafe 3.31 pre-release for testing and translation

Thanks for catching this!

It seems that Microsoft released VisualStudio 2012 without XP support, and
added it in their first update, only to break it in the second! I've found
and applied a workaround for this. Please download the program again and
let me know if this indeed fixes the problem.
