Removing non-unicode support

Hi, As both Linux and Windows Unicode has been what we've been releasing for quite a while, I think it's time we remove all the #ifdef UNICODE ... #endif from the pwsafe code, supporting only unicode/wchar_t. This would make maintenance a lot easier (e.g., bug 1220 <https://sourceforge.net/p/passwordsafe/bugs/1220/>). Objections?
