PasswordSafe 3.38 ready for translation and testing

Hi,

PasswordSafe 3.38 has a couple of minor fixes, but, more importantly,
changes "under the hood" to support a new PasswordSafe format that can
handle attachments.
This new format is (not) the default, and requires "export to" in order to
create from an existing file. The main purpose of this release is to check
the stability of the underlying changes and gather feedback from those
willing to experiment.

The pre-release version can be downloaded from

And the po files for translations (few additions pertaining to the v4
features) may be found in

I would like to formally release this version by the end of this year. A
few minutes spent on testing and/or updating the translations would be
greatly appreciated.
